GENERAL INFORMATION
Price changes, misprints, system errors and errors, as well as changes of offer reserved. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Law apply. In the case of system errors in price information, we reserve the right to make an adjustment and refer to the current price lists.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
With us a daily arrival is possible – except Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter. The rooms are available from 15.00. On the day of departure, the apartments should be released by 9:30 clock.

DEPOSIT
Please note that when booking at least 25% of the total amount due by credit card or bank transfer. If you make the transfer at very short notice before your stay, we kindly ask you to bring along the proof of payment, as it may take up to one week for the down payment to be booked.

Price and Payment:
In case of errors in price information, we reserve the right to make an adjustment and refer to the current price lists.

RESIDENCE TAX
11.1. – 30.04. EUR 3.00 per adult / night.
01.05. – 31.10. EUR 2.50 per adult / night.
Accommodation is not required to be paid by persons until the end of the calendar year in which they complete their 15th year of age.

PETS
Pets are not allowed with us

NO SMOKING
We ask for your understanding that our apartments are non-smoking areas.
